Dr. Collins is probably the most thorough eye doctor I have ever met. She is absolutely fantastic. The reason for the four stars is it takes a very long time to get through the exam. She takes the time needed to make sure each of her patients receive quality care. As long as you go in with the understanding that you will regularly have to wait a while, it is totally worth the quality care.

Dr. Collins herself is great. The staff that measures you for glasses, however, need to get their stories straight before attempting to charge you for something that should be under warranty.
Glasses broke. Attempted to purchase replacement parts. Was told it would be placed under warranty for $30.00. Wrong size frames came in. They returned them for the correct size, and all of the sudden, the $30.00 dollars was for "shipping," and the warranty was denied for the second replacement. They wanted to charge me $175.00 FOR THE SAME FRAMES THAT WERE NO CHARGE, BUT THE WRONG SIZE THE FIRST TIME.
My family will not be using them any longer.

The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is because the Eye exam was very thorough but wait time was ridiculous for being the ONLY patient there. They are horrible about returning calls and following up when they say they will. I will not be recommending anyone and I plan on taking my business elsewhere! Do NOT order contacts through them either. I ordered them 2 weeks ago and they JUST placed the order this week and they haven't even shipped yet! Downgraded to 1 star!

I've been a patient here for as long as I can remember but the past few years things have been getting worse here. I paid $400 for the appointment only for them to call 5 months later saying I owe another $150. When I asked what I paid for 5 months ago they said there was a past due balance from an appointment A YEAR AND A HALF AGO!!! I never once got a phone call or a letter saying I had a remaining balance. They have completely lost my trust and I will be going else where.
