just had my first eye exam with a remote doctor and it was a great experience. The employee Ronni was with me the entire time and she was awesome along with the doctor and entire team.

Always a great experience! The team is professional, friendly, and truly cares about their patients. Lindsay and Gen, in particular, are absolutely amazing--so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and a great team you can trust!

My husband and I were greeted immediately upon walking in. Very warm atmosphere. Everyone in the building was extremely nice. I am diabetic and needed an extra test that I couldn't afford at that time. The Dr without hesitation decided to do the test anyways. I will NEVER use another place for my eye exams or my glasses. You absolutely will not find better no matter your financial situation!

I can't tell you how disappointed I was in this new regime. I had been going to the previous optometrist's office since I was in school. The staff at MyEyeDr was not friendly, I sat for way too long and the exam was rushed. The new doctor was not professional or courteous. I have had trouble since my appointment in October. Finally went to a new doctor and found out I have cataracts in both eyes. My right eye is much worse than my left and I was told that it was unlikely that this happened in less than six months. I paid for new glasses that will now be worthless. I need to schedule surgery but cannot get in for a cataract consult until June. My eyes are blurry all the time and I have trouble reading. This is not a good office especially compared to the way it was under Motley and Pifer. I would not or could not recommend this doctor or office to anyone. Save your time and disappointment and go to a real eye doctor.

Everyone working was incredibly friendly. I had an appointment with a remote doctor, it was no different than seeing a doctor in person, and I got in sooner doing it that way! After my exam everyone helped me pick out glasses looked best on me and it was a lot of fun. Overall great experience, best eye doctor I've ever been to!

Such a friendly and welcoming environment. I am always met with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a great selection of eyewear. Dr. Reh is so kind and thorough. This year, I also got to try a remote doctor exam and I was very pleased with how similar it was to having the doctor right there in the room with you. The remote doctor even had control of some of the technology in the room with me, from their location, which I thought was really cool. All the same tests were performed, and I was able to get in that same day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new optometrist!

Scheduled my appt online with a doctor. When I arrived there was no doctor. I don't see where it said my appt. was for retinal photos which I declined so I had to reschedule. Online scheduling should be more clear.

Great service, fast, courteous staff. Dr Taylor Reh provided a fast, accurate diagnosis & resolution of my eye concerns. THANKS SO MUCH!!! Often, you can book your appointment & be seen the same day! For me this is a huge advantage!
