Dr. Hyde was easy to talk to and very professional. The 3-stars are for the answering service, the scheduling staff and the 10-15 minute waiting on hold. I was connected from one department to another with promises of a "return call shortly". I waited for over an hour and no one ever called! To summarize be prepared to spend a few hours communicating with CEI.

I just needed a new pair of glasses. Was told I needed cataract surgery. I felt very pressured to do it. My eye is now sore. Painful blurry had flashes of light and now a floater. I felt nobody cared about my concerns there at each follow up appt.. like an assembly line feeling. I don't see any better at work on my computer. And the fact I had to pay $3,000 up front tells me where their priority is. I wish I never had the surgery.

A blood vessel in my eye burst and I requested an examination to confirm that it wasn't indicative of a serious issue. After a thorough examination it was determined that there were no serious issues. Brooke is knowledgable and thorough and I would highly recommend her.

The staff were highly effective in addressing my concerns. However, the wait time to be seen was longer than anticipated. Additionally, I found it unhelpful that the directions provided were unclear and contained incorrect information, such as the wrong street number, which made navigating between buildings challenging. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15, but due to delays, it concluded after 5:45.
