Ugly exterior medical looking office. But once you're inside you'll be fine. Careful for you first timers to get to the parking. The mapping services will choose generally to lead you in the back which can be problematic. The staff are nice, experience is everywhere, it's clean. Know your insurance benefits in advance.

Dr. Garvin consistently provides exceptional care. Always thorough and explains what she's doing and what she's looking for during the exam. Lovely bedside manner!

They carry my favorite glasses Silhouettes. Light and so comfortable you don't know they're there. Dr. Yaquinto was nice and very knowledgeable about my unique eye issues

Everyone I've spoken to here is seriously about the nicest person alive. I came in without an appointment to get new lenses put in old frames and ended up getting new frames. I didn't realize that what I had wasn't a full prescription so they called my opthalmologist to make sure they were making my glasses right and took so much time to make sure I got glasses that worked for me and that I like!! They have a great selection with many choices of frames that work for me. I have a very wide face and I struggle to find frames online or in person that fit me, but there were tons here that did in a wide variety of styles. They're also LGBTQ+ friendly and have never had an issue calling me my chosen name and pronouns, even when I was younger and early in my transition. I like women's styles of glasses more and they were totally supportive of that too. I've always felt respected and well taken care of here, both as a patient and as a trans person, which is extremely important to me. Both locations are a bit of a drive for me but it's absolutely worth it!!

Love this practice! Dr. McKee is always so friendly and really takes the time to talk to me. The rest of the office staff is amazing as well. When I had no more contacts left but was two weeks out to my next check up appointment they let me stop by and pick up a trial pair to get me through. As a super busy mom of 3 this was so appreciated! They go above and beyond.

Dr.Ritter was terrible. He was brittle. I wanted to leave his office and he would not allow me to do so. He called the life squad and they would not allow me to drive me to drive in my car to my home. He claimed that I had had a stroke. They called my daughter with whom I had had a feud and had her drive me to my home.

Dr. McKee is very knowledgeable and kind. She performed a thorough eye exam and helped me with multiple aspects of my eye health and vision.

My husband and I were new patients referred to this practice. I'm looking for a locally owned and operated practice close to our home we scheduled appointments. My experience was seem less, despite the season of COVID. My husband experienced challenged in the glasses front but upon a conversation with the officer manager it was resolved above and beyond with a posture of seeking forgiveness. I would recommend this practice as we all make mistakes but our ability to acknowledge and correct it matters more! :)
