This place is amazing .Very professional worked with my insurance I was in and out of the office with my prescription and contacts on there way in the mail.I have been to alot of other places through the years and this place in the best U have been to.

I have been perfectly pleased with all aspects of this Practice. The Doctor is knowledgeable and does a wonderful job of explaining everything pertinent to my vision. The staff is professional and kind. Highly Recommend.

The website says they accept new patients to get glasses, my doctor even referred this place to me, to order glasses. I decided to bring my children to get their glasses with me, and one receptionist asked if I was new, I said yes he said okay, and another lady cut him off and said if it's an outside prescription, we don't accept it, and was very rude about it. I honestly felt she didn't want to help me, because I brought the kids.

The doctor was very nice and thorough, unfortunately his staff was lazy and not very helpful. They didn't want to do their jobs and had an attitude when I asked for an adjustment on my new glasses. And for some reason they didn't even have replacement nose pad's so I could get something that wouldn't hurt my nose. I will not refer the store to anyone...

My 6-year old daughter started complaining of blurry vision and headaches. I called a few doctors for appointments, but Boardman Eye Care was the only one that wasn't booked out a month or more - we got an appointment the following week. My daughter was very nervous, but the staff and doctor gently explained the process and answered all of her questions while testing her eyes. It turns out she needed reading glasses, and because of the wonderful experience she had with the staff, she was excited to pick out frames. I highly recommend this office to anyone with small children. A+++

I have been coming here for my daughter and i's appointments for the last 4 years. Every single time I come here I always look forward to it. The receptionists always remember my daughter and I's name, even if it has been a year since we were there. They are patient, kind and always call immediately to keep me updated on my appointments or if my glasses are ready for pick up. I recommend Boardman Family Eye Care to everyone I know. After the stress of multiple appointments and the constant grind of single mother hood, it is nice to know I never have to stress about being here or anything pertaining to eye glasses. I can't say enough positive things about this place. I look forward to doing business with them for many years to come.

The Dr is awesome the new building is nice but when I tell u them ladies at the front desk are awful ! They have looks on their faces when u walk in like u bothering them the one is so rude I can't stand to even talk to her !

I had a really nice experience. Everyone I met was nice and took their time with me, which i really appreciated!
