I gave them 3 chances to get my glasses correct but ended up just getting a refund for the glasses. The doctor rushed the exam and got the prescription wrong for both my wife and me. He refused to refund the exam fees. $110 down the tubes.

I felt like my appointment was rushed. He did not do any sort of a reading test only distance. Ended up not feeling confident in his prescription so I ended up going to another DR and got a completely different prescription than he gave me. Would not recommend using them unless you absolutely needed to.

I ordered eye glasses around the first of February and they were supposed to be here around the 20th of February. Here it is the 4rh of March and I call Sam's Optical today at 6pm , no answer they are open till 7 pm. I am.not a satisfied customer
