Came in for Botox treatment. Price from doctor to wife who own the company was inconsistent. I was completely lied to on price, saying they would lose money on what I expected. Went on Groupon where they have to pay 50% to them on final sale. So, I was lied and deceived on prices. BEWARE OF THEIR INFLATED PRICES AND LIES.

Very satisfied with my first experience with Dr Hu. Trying Groupons are always hit or miss, but after I read his reviews, I was confident I was in good hands. He was very pleasant and accommodating, suggested we work around my budget instead of coming across pushy, and the whole experience was quick and easy, with results showing even the next day. I will definitely return when I need to recapture my youthful looks!

I have been to several doctors for Botox and I've found Dr. Hu to be the best. He is very knowledgeable and honest, never trying to oversell or push other treatments even when I ask about them. He takes his time with you and doesn't rush, answering any questions you may have. Amy at the front desk is absolutely wonderful, very pleasant and efficient and always takes time to work with you to get your BD rewards and help you save money, even though their pricing is already VERY competitive and hard to beat! If you already do Botox or are considering it for the first time, I highly recommend you visit Dr. Hu.

Dr. Hu has always taken the time to thoroughly examine my eyes and my children's eyes. Over the years he has accommodated our schedules and even come in the evening when we had an emergency. He explains his findings in an easy to understand manner and is always open to questions. He is never rushed in his approach and cares about his patients. My family has gone to Dr. Hu for many years and will continue to do so even if he isn't in our insurance plan that seems to change every year - being able to trust our doctor is more important.

Dr. Hu and his staff are running the most professional business that I have had the pleasure of going to in a very long time. Plenty if parking, the waiting room was clean, and everyone was very nice. I was treated like family going here, and by judging by the interactions of their other customers you will as well. If you need anything related to your eyes done this is the place to go.

Dr. Hu is amazing when it comes to botox injections. I did not feel a thing and there were no red bumps after he was done. He takes his time and is very gentle.

Was a faithful customer to this office for about 4 years. I would always purchase my contacts and glasses from them. Then on my latest pair of glasses I bought around 2015, I gave them my insurance info paid what they said I owed, and was on my way. I called them 2 years later to set up my exam for more contacts and glasses, they called me back saying, they would not take me back in, unless I paid an old balance of over $200 from apparently 2015 where something didn't go through with insurance. And they said they "lost my paperwork and forgot to call me back". And they would not take me back in unless I paid the total amount from over 2 years ago. (Which in those 2 years I never received any bill over this) And when I told them how disappointed I was with their lack of organization, the receptionist quickly said, "We will forget your balance, you find new eye doctor now". And she hung up on me. 4 months later I get a bill from collections..... Wouldn't recommend these guys to my worst enemy.
