Excellent service here. I've been purchasing glasses and contacts here for at least 6 years and despite my extremely poor vision, I've been able to have 20/20 vision after buying contacts and glasses here. The eye doctor is very patient and gives you plenty of time to let you decide which prescription is best for you and helps you see better.

When you spend over $300 on new glasses you would expect to make sure they fit your face and with no line bifocals they need to be just right! NOT Handed to you in the parking lot! Then tell me there are no adjustments for those frames! Well it's not customer service that I have ever experienced in over 20 years of getting glasses! Well I guess the drive to Zanesville is worth it! WONT be BACK! They are also scratched from falling on the sidewalk try to see if they fit in the parking lot!! No excuses for such terrible customer service!
