I had such a wonderful experience at this eye clinic! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, but the manager truly stood out. She was incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely caring the entire time. She made sure I understood everything, answered all my questions with patience, and went above and beyond to make the visit comfortable. It's rare to find someone who takes the time to treat you like a real person and not just another appointment. Her warmth and professionalism made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this clinic ! especially because of the outstanding care the manager provides

Highly recommend to any and all. Everyone there took care of me and acknowledged problems I was having with a wrong contact rx that I was prescribed at another location. Every single employee made me feel seen and heard. I didnt feel like I was a nuisance. They re did my exams, fixed my contactprescription on my right eye, had me try the new rx there to confirm i could see and reimbursed me for the 3 month supply the other location had me order. I truly appreciate every single employee at this location and will continue to go to this location for all my vision needs

Can't believe how smooth and easy of an experience this was. I am a bit blessed with the procrastination gene and had been putting off getting a new prescription and fixing broken glasses. I was in and out super quick. Staff was wonderful, friendly, and kind to me. Whole experience was a breeze. Never putting off my vision care again.

They spent 30 minutes to an hour adjusting the frames so that they sat just right on my big nose lol. They were super kind and helpful. All around good vibes, definitely will be back and will recommend to friends. Ps: the non glare lenses are freaking awesome

I came to the Oakley location because Eastgate had no openings. Needless to say this location is 100x better than Eastgate! The staff are incredibly welcoming and nice. I was in and out of there so quick. Everything is neatly organized and I felt the optometrist was very open to answering concerns I had. I will be coming to the Oakley location from now on!

The team here literally made my day. I'm not gonna lie, I came here about 1-2 years ago and didn't have a great experience unfortunately, but the team this time was so amazing it completely made up for that and I couldn't give it less than 5 stars. I am awful with names so I am genuinely so sorry that I forgot to the beautiful ladies who were so kind to me there, but it meant so much. I came in to get some new glasses and contacts before getting married and the team was above and beyond kind to me. I don't know if the folks I met a few years back don't work at this location anymore or what, but it is certainly all positivity now. They all deserve raises and if there's a way I can send a letter to corporate about my experience and figure out the names of who helped me I'd love to. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I wish it was easier to get contacts- tbh- the system is a little tedious because I have to come in again to do a class about them before I can get them, but i understand that's a company policy and this specific location was great and can't change that.

Terrible Americas Best. I got new frames, and when they came in they were not the frames I ordered. After waiting two more weeks, I got them fitted and they are crooked and fall off even after asking her twice to tighten them more. The General Manager does not know what she's doing. Go to any other location.

I've been a loyal customer of America's Best and even purchased five pairs of glasses in a single month. One of those pairs, which I barely wore 3-4 times, had a screw break on its own. When I returned to the store, I was told the warranty had expired, and the only solution offered was to buy a new frame for $79--for glasses I practically never used! What's even more frustrating is that they advertise two pairs with an eye exam for $89, yet wouldn't honor anything close to that for a simple frame issue. When I pointed this out, the staff had no response. The broken frame wasn't designer--and the quality clearly didn't hold up. Very disappointing experience. I am upset and I will never come again. Durability of glasses matters and I am not willing to spend my $ for 3 uses / year .Shameful. Update : Shame! They ask you to send your contact info to make it seem like they care about your business -- I sent mine on the spot, and it's been more than two weeks with no follow-up. Total scam.
