America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had a great experience with the whole staff (literally I think I talked to everyone) at America's Best. My 7year old son needs glasses and I didn't know where to start. I made an appointment easily online, filled out forms easy and when we arrived they had a nice process from front desk, the pre screen, the eye exam, sales, everything was easy and personalized to me and my son. The doctor was so patient and nice and figured out he had a strong prescription. Chris was so knowledgeable about the glasses and found 2 perfect pairs for Carter (he has a larger, adorable head). Stacie was so kind as she rang up our glasses, explained everything thoroughly and made my son laugh. I recommend them highly!

I had a wonderful experience working with Mariah during my visit. She was incredibly patient and took her time helping me find the right eyeglasses. Her knowledge and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Mariah explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident in my choices.

The customer service at this location is wonderful. I took my autistic adult brother for new glasses and it was so welcoming from checking it, to testing and back out to pick glasses, the patients everyone showed was amazing, they made him feel so comfortable, no rushing and time limits. Chris was great in making sure he got everything he wanted. I would totally, recommend this location and the team that works there. Thank you so much

I had a remote exam today Tyler in the back room was super professional and very kind. The doctor was great there was a little bit of wait but the exam was thorough and very detailed. When I came out Cameron and Stacy were fantastic and helping me narrow down my choice and got me the computer progressive lens I was dreaming existed. Thanks everyone we will be back. I am so excited for the new look!!

The customer service at the Glenway location is impeccable. The doctors to the assistants are personable. Chris is outstanding. He treats you like a friend and not a customer. He gives advice on what frames look best on you and gives you honest opinions. I would always recommend America's Best for customer experience and value.

I came for the very first time for an eye exam, and everything was very quick and professional! When it came time to pick out new frames, I was stuck and their staff did so well showing me all of the options, explaining each style of frames and helping me with my final pick. I would 100% recommend going to Glenway's America's Best for all of your needs!

I made this post 3 weeks ago. In the meantime Brian the office manager dis reach out to me. Instead of returning his call I waited to see if my eyes would adjust. But every time I wear my contacts I get a headache. I haven't worn my glasses one time. So I finally called the office back and I was put on hold due to the manager Brian being with a patient. Which I understand completely. I waited for nine minutes. I hung up the phone and called back and asked why I've been on hold for nine minutes Cindy said because he's with a patient. I have been in the medical field for a very long time we would pick up the phone let the person calling know they're busy right now. Can I take a message or sorry for the wait they'll be with you in just a minute when I called back the second time Cindy had an attitude and I was frustrated so I did too. I had asked her to have the manager call me back she said no, and hung up the phone. A couple minutes gone by and Brian the office manager had called me back and had just as much attitude as Cindy. He totally dismissed my issue with not being notified of the long wait time And then told me that I lied about my post online. We couldn't even communicate properly between his attitude and my frustration in my book, that is poor, poor poor, poor, poor patient care and I can understand why Cindy think it's OK to leave someone on hold for nine minutes Because Brian the office manager is a dismissive and immature for talking to a patient the way he did like I was the issue. No Brian the issue is with YOUR STAFF!.**********************************************I am SO mad. My contacts just came and the eye doctor increased the prescription after I asked her not to. I got a new pair of glasses as well that I can't even wear bc they are too strong. The eye doctor DID NOT LISTEN TO ME. I suffer from migraines and what do you know, both are causing migraines! It's a TERRIBLE FEELING TO WEAR CONTACTS/GLASSES that are too strong! Will I get my money back? I was seen virtually by Tracy Miller Od. Next time listen to what your patients are telling you! How can I fix this? They're just going to tell me to make another appointment. Then you'll charge my insurance and I'll have to wait for new contacts/glasses? What a complete waste of my time!!!!!!! Staff in the office were great!
