It's always a good time when I go in here. Everybody is friendly, full of life, energetic, enthusiastic, and I love the atmosphere. I'll be going back soon for my eye appointment. I scheduled an appointment online for the same day etc. I was very pleased with the service that day. After choosing my frames etc ( one of which were safety glasses for employment) and then paying $700 for 2vpair of glasses with no discount etc. I was informed it would take 7-14 days to receive my glasses. On day 9 of waiting I inquired if my glasses were ready for pick up and was informed my order wasn't processed yet!!!! And coincidentally it would be another 2 days added to my wait time. I do not believe I will be a returning customer after this experience......

They exceeded my expectations in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. We talked about the best lens options, and I received my glasses in just 10 days! The world has never looked so beautiful. Plus, my out-of-pocket payment was significantly less than what other eye doctors had quoted!e doctors had quoted!

i've had nothing but great experiences every time i've been to the location at 8401 colerain ave. i've referred family and friends to this location as well because each time they have been extremely helpful and kind. i've finally found out the woman's name who is always eager to help each time myself as well as my family has been there.... Shanell ingram! once i went in and i could tell something was wrong with her back by the way she was grimacing and bending holding onto the counter but she STILL smiled as we approached the counter! she was STILL kind and helped with everything and didn't miss a beat! after that... it was the same thing with each family member i took in there. we arrived a half hour early for the appointment and they didn't make us wait, took us right back and everything went smoothly and efficiently so a huge thank you to the staff and doctor!

Good customer service here just does not exist...... I've given it 2 attempts on 2 different occasions and both we're far from good, from the african american female at the reception desk to the african american female that was helping try on glasses. I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

Benita was amazing! She was great to converse with and very helpful with deciding what frame worked best for me.

Purchase glasses for one price and five months later I received a bill stating I owe additional money. I've been purchasing glasses for years, never with them and never received additional bill. This company is shady. They lost a customer over 50.00.

I had called before work in hopes that I could have a walk in exam and go straight back to work without missing a whole day... Cassandra helped me tremendously to make that happen, she is an amazing woman and very nice. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!! I recommend anyone to come here
