Great service from the Cinti Eye Institute. I was Able to get an appointment soon sfter I called. Diagnosis was accurate, a few calcium deposits removed on site. Much relieved! Antibiotic prescribed for 5 days. Feeling much better now.

Other than the location, I had a very good experience. Wait time was not too long and Dr Kilmo was terrific. She took a lot of time and was very diplomatic regarding my possible condition. She also followed up to let me know she called my primary to advise.
That location was difficult to find, couldnt see the address from the street. And the inside was like a maze, not elderly friendly. The waiting room was very nice but a little dark. This is the only reason for 4 stars not 5.

Everyone was professional, and even though it's not Covid, everyone kept wiping everything down before touching your Face and eyes and wipe down the machines that they have you put your chin on. Not everyone does that anymore. It was nice to see the CEI does.

An example of how venture capitalism endangers good medicine. Duplicate testing, patient upselling and hostility if questioned. Dr Hammer threatened me, thrusting his finger in my face, accusing me of "interrupting him," when I asked questions. I informed him there was no way I'd allow him anywhere near me nor my eyes, I'm seeking care elsewhere and suggesting you do too.
