Made arrangements to make payments on several expensive eye injection treatments. Called the following month to make a payment and they did not see any notes regarding payment plan and it had already been sent to collections. Escalation called back to accept a payment and admit that they saw the notes regarding payment plan but couldn't do anything other than lecture me on the importance of paying my bill. I called them again to make a payment, but they requested the full amount only. Once again, i explained that due to monthly dialysis treatments, i can only pay so much. I can live without my eyes, but can't live without dialysis!

This facility is the worst when it comes to being on time. Typically it's a 2 hour wait time and the worst part is when you're finally seen by the Dr he nor his nurses offer absolutely no apology!! They actually get snippy if you complain about the wait time. Our last appointment was at 2:15 the Dr finally saw us at 4:09, for a total of 7 minutes for an eye injection. Of course sitting in the waiting room that long I spoke with quite a few other patients and they said the same thing, except some of them said they have waited up to three hours past their appointments to be seen. The Dr we see is Dr Hutchins.

Front Staff is so nice and helpful, Sometime I here people complaining about waiting. I don't get it, most have nothing to do all day. The reasion we wait is because someone/s daughter,son, parent,or Grandparent is needing a little more service than someone else. Love this place, I can still see because of the Dr's and there great staff.

First time appt for my husband. We were very concerned he was going blind. We met with Dr Ross she is absolutely amazing. Very patient and informative. She figured out the issue right away will be going for surgery and he won't be blind. This facility is awesome.

Dr. Lindsell is the best doctor I have been too. His knowledge of his industry is amazing. He has made getting eye shots, yes eye shots, a not so painful experience. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a good specialist. Also his wife is who I use for my normal eye exams and glasses. They are a great team and an amazing find.

This place is horrible. 2nd visit and both times they expected me to wait an hour for my appointment. I left and won't be returning. The waiting area is unacceptable. They expect you to sit in dirty, tore up chairs.
