Our appointments have been rescheduled more than 3x. Every time we receive something in the mail vs a call. When we call, there is a msg in our file stating "they tried to call" and we confirm our number is correct each time. Also frustrating to have to relay messages with main number vs someone at that location. When we have eye exam there is minimal time with doctor (visit about 1-1.5 hrs (including waiting) and time with doctor less than 5 mins). This is night and day different from our experience with our previous Ophthalmologist (located in another state). Unfortunately very frustrating situation and may be looking for another office.

Green Township Office - First visit to this office. Eyeglass prescription was written up but for what ever reason I had to stop back at the main desk. The person took everything, proceeded to set up an appointment for 1 year later but didn't return my script. The following day I phone twice never received any real response. Office CLOSED for the day without any resolution. I have submitted a written message through their ignorant portal and now we wait to see how long for them to respond. At this point I would not recommend this office.
Please provide a means to speak with the individual offices without having to go through main number. It waste so much of your patients time doing your way and with what you charge you can afford to hire desk workers.

Dr. Bergmann is great! Staff is great! They explained the whole process for my surgeries and gave me the options and their recommendations and with all 5 appointments only had to wait a while (45 minutes) once. Otherwise, got taken within a few minutes. I am back to 20/20. Can't ask for more than that.

Horrible phone etiquette for customer service. The local number for a specific location is actually the main number (How would anyone know that?) so when I asked where it was located she curtly said "We have 15 different locations sir". I don't have eye insurance, so I asked for a cash amount for a basic eye exam and she was not able to tell me. Transferred me twice to a financial assistance number. All I wanted to know was the cash price out of pocket for a visit!

They do not accept traditional eye insurance, only traditional medical insurance. Was told I had to pay $150 to get a corneal abrasion checked. Arrived to the office 15 min early, then waited an hour just to go back. Finally got to a room, talked to a ophthalmology tech, then sent to yet another waiting area where I waited another 40 min just to see the Doc. Doc prescribed me an eye drop that I needed to call the specific manufacturer in order to get a discount to relieve the cost. I call the company and they tell me there is no discount, it'll cost $400. So I call Cincinnati Eye back, twice to try and get this resolved, leave messages & never hear back. They wanted to see me back in the office but after an additional $160 Bill they sent to my house, I cancelled. So in total they want $310 for an eye scratch appointment. Ridiculous! Would not recommend wasting your time or money here.

Doctor was great folks in the office were great. Until.... I needed to pay what my insurence would not, the day after surgery. And that was ok I just needed to save a little. Then I asked if they accepted Wells Fargo Health Advantage. I was told they did. Great I had that card. The day before surgery I was looking at their website and didn't see it listed. Long story short, they don't accept it and I had to cancel the surgery. Now I'm almost blind in one eye and have to find another doctor or wait.

I accidentally googled the the wrong CEI office which made me late for my appointment. The CEI receceptionist called to inform about the mistake. I was instructed to held over. When I arrived I was held up at desk due to an insurance issue. This made my appointment even later. After all of this, Dr. Reddy refused to see me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
