I really like the way that they were friendly and thorough with my exam. I also like the fact that they weren't pushy about you have to have this and you have to have that. They gave me suggestions of what I need and I was allowed to take those suggestions and do what I wanted with them. Dr Cole was I felt very efficient in the way he was working and I was very happy with the eye care I got and I will highly recommend them.

Our experience was wonderful. The doctor was kind and explained everything. He was very thorough and caring. Tyler, whom helped with the lenses and frames knew his stuff. You could tell he enjoyed his job and working with customers. He explained all our benefits and wasn't pushing anything on us just helping us seemed to be his goal. We will continue going to the Loveland store as long as they both are working there.

Everyone is so kind, patient and supportive. From the front desk to the doctor I felt like I was the primary focus. Even though there were other people there, I never felt ignored or an inconvenience. Dr. Cole provided one of the most comprehensive and detailed examinations I have had. He.calmly explained every detail and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. I'm very happy that I gave the Loveland Clarkson office a try.
