Their selection of glasses is great. Their scheduling system is atrocious. I've had issues with it over the years, but when I went in today to take my four-year-old to her first appointment, I was told that her appointment didn't exist & they tried to call me multiple times. They only called me once & didn't leave a message, so I assumed it was a reminder for her appointment since it was two days before. That was on me to assume, but I scheduled an appointment for myself last month and they didn't mention anything on the phone call about this issue. I woke up my two month old & fed her to get ready for this appointment only for them to completely waste my time during an incredibly exhausting time of my life. The fact that they didn't try harder to get a hold of me before we came in is extremely inconsiderate.
Save your time & go to a local eye doctor where you have the doctor every time (which also hasn't been the case for us here). Our family is done with Clarkson for good.

I think charging over $90 for a contact lens fitting fee is highway robbery. Nothing changed about my prescription and I couldn't order more contacts without the appointment. I would give one star or less but the doctor I saw was nice and so was the assistant. Overpriced all around.

I was recently seen at the Kenwood location for my first time seeing an eye doctor in a long time. Everything about the experience was wonderful. I was taken back in a timely manner. Procedures were explained clearly. The doctor spent plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions. They helped me pick out frames and explained my options without being pushy. Every single person I interacted with was kind and helpful. Will be returning for my annual eye exam each year.

Dr Muroski is a great doctor. He is personable, he listens well and explains procedures and test results thoroughly. Dr Muroski left another practice/eye center about two years ago and my wife and I sought him out at Clarkson. I recently purchased in a new pair of frames and lenses. The fitting was one of the best I ever had. The customer attitude and service orientation of the entire staff was excellent. Of significant importance is that you can easily reach the office and the doctor directly and not through some complicated electronic answering having to leave call backs. I left the last clinic because of the eroding service and horrible call back delays.
