When I showed up for my eye exam, it was a Saturday morning. It was not busy in the slightest. The associate who did the initial exam was very pleasant. After she showed me to my room, I proceeded to wait 25 minutes before the doctor saw me. Absolutely ridiculous. When I returned to collect my eyeglasses a week and a half later, I arrived at 5:30pm on a Tuesday. The associate who helped me brought me my glasses to try on and I asked for the fit to be adjusted. I am just now leaving, 45 minutes later. The reason for this is because, as they informed me after 25 minutes of waiting, that they had broken my glasses and were unsuccessfully attemting to reinsert the screw into one of the hinges. After 40 total minutes of this farce, they presented to me a pair of glasses which featured a deep gash in the right lens. I now have to wait, presumably, another week to recieve my eyeglasses while they order new lenses. If you enjoy wasting your time and are interested in damaged goods, this is the optometrist for you.

I brought my 5 yr old grandson here. The ladies were so amazing to him. They made the exam fun and made him lose any fear. They also took the time to help him pick glasses without rushing him at all. The doctor was very sweet too. She explained things very clearly. They make you feel like you're the only one there.

Terrible experience. Spent $700+ in lenses and had them place lenses in a brand new pair of frames and another older pair of sunglasses frames. The glasses came back once and the lense was chipped. They sent back and it took a few weeks, when they both came back my frames each had about 4 scratches in the frames. The company would not do anything about this. Was very unhappy w/the service.

I stopped by the office and--working with Chrissy--got the issue worked out and I had the appointment. The Dr I saw was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of my questions and even wrote me a second prescription for computer glasses. Highly recomend this group!
