If I could give no stars I definitely would. The front desk staff is unfriendly, rude and incompetent. They overcharge and have no insurance knowledge at all. The optometrist put me in the wrong prescription and made promises to give extra trial contacts if we purchased contacts through them, in which he never followed thru on. When contacting them regarding questions or concerns (complaints) the front desk staff has no regard to your concern nor are they willing to correct or resolve concerns. My family will never go here again.

I'm trying to figure out if they actually have staff, no one ever answers the incoming calls nor do they return calls. This has to be one of the worst offices as far as customer service.

My daughter was experiencing headaches and it was recommended by her physician to get her eyes examined. I immediately knew I was going to contact Dr. Micah's office as he so helpful with my contacts. He was so patient and attentive to the concerns and questions my daughter presented. He made suggestions for the types of lenses that would be most beneficial for her prescription and use. I would and have recommend Dr. Micah to anyone who is in need of such service.

Horrible front desk service(Jen) Unprofessional. Not to mention that she handed me a sheet with patients names and personal information along with my refund receipt. I will definitely follow up with the BBB and Hippa Office.
I was never able to speak to the doctor in person or on the phone. The initial visit the doctor did seem to care but was unavailable for the follow up.

Went there for an evaluation through the VA, Dec. 21, 2022. He never turned in my evaluation even though he was contacted multiple times by phone and email. On January 10 he finally said he would be submitting my review on January 11th, he didn't do it. On January 19th I was informed he didn't submit his review and now I have to go to a different doctor in Louisville KY. These doctors make extra money doing evaluation for not only the VA but works comp., etc. I will be making a formal complaint and hopefully these type doctors who make easy extra money off taxpayers will be removed. His office is inside an Eyemart Express but there are no signs indicating this. He may be qualified to wtite a quick scripe for eye glasses in a hour but wouldn't go there otherwise. He was dismissive when I became upset over how bad my vision had become and about becoming blind in the future. He made re-do a test and stated even if i think i saw a flashing light i should click the button. I see flashes of light constantly so if it isn't a clear pin point of light i don't know if it's really there.

Great office! Staff are friendly and knowledge. The doctor is ALWAYS friendly and takes time with us. My son has a chronic eye issue and he always does his best to fit him in. Highly recommend!
