Dr. Kevin Prezgay at Opticare in Cherry Grove is wonderful. He is thorough and very kind.
We have been with Opticare for many years and even after retiring and no longer having vision insurance, we continued to go there. After my husband paid over $180 out-of-pocket for his annual exam & all other related expenses they gave him the script without the PD measurement. When he got home, I called and was told that they didn't do the measurement, so we made a trip back same afternoon to get the measurement. Once there we were told that it would be a charge of $25 just for the measurement (which took less than 2 minutes). Interesting that when I called, the extra charge was not mentioned on the phone. This should have been included in the exam and script charges. Very unprofessional business practice.
