The office space is adorable, and all of the staff are so friendly and kind. I went in to have freckles removed from my chest using IPL, and Stazia did a fantastic job walking me through the entire process. She clearly explained what to expect during the healing stage and even followed up with me afterward to check in.
My freckles have almost completely faded in the areas we treated, and I couldn't be happier--this is something I've wanted to do for so long! Stazia was incredibly thorough, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Hopkins was also very sweet and caring.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it if you've been considering IPL!
