Dr. Deborah Valido

I love Dr Carl. She is legit the best doctor on the planet. She takes her time to get to know the patient and is in no rush to get through the exam. My biggest source of frustration is I continue to book appointments with her every year for me and other members of my family, but somehow my appointments get switched to a different doctor. If it had only happened on once I'd say, eh, stuff happens, but this has happened on three different occasions. What's more is after talking with my mother who also sees Dr Carl she said this has also happened to her as well and also more than once. It's absolutely unacceptable. My 4:30 appointment was changed to 5:00 while I was actively waiting for my appointment. Then another patient came in with a problem with his new prescription and he was bumped ahead of us. Our 5:00 appointment was pushed to 5:30 and we didn't get out of there until 6:30. That's two full hours for an eye exam. I refuse to take off stars for Dr Carl; she's worth waiting for, but holy cow, what kind of practice is this?! Do better.

My eye exam was extremely thorough and professional. The young Associate that took care of me first of all was very Good at what she did and took great care of me. Then Dr. Schneider gave me an excellent and thorough exam and was very professional. I felt in great hands with him. I look forward to a long relationship of eye care with Dr. Schneider and LensCrafters.

Very friendly and professional staff. Dr Valido was very helpful in explaining my vision issues and offering resolutions. I will continue to do my exams here. They also have a great selection of Eyewear available, many popular brands.

This place is extremely unprofessional ! I had to come back twice within one week to test the contacts they gave me. They were supposed to dilate me during my first visit but decided to schedule dilation for my follow up visit which was odd to me. They did another puff test during my second visit where the front desk lady administered it and couldn't get a reading after three puffs on ONE eye then completely gave up to get me out the room for the next patient. Then another technician came to do another eye reading exam and updated the prescription that they JUST gave me the week prior because she tested me without the contacts that I was told multiple times not to wear during the visit to prepare for dilation. After waiting 30 additional minutes the optometrist came in and put the dilation drops in my eyes and looked at them with a light for 2 seconds and gave me another set of contacts to "test" and wants to schedule me AGAIN in another week. Everyone was rushing my appointment that they were also late to getting me in on time to, the entire office is unorganized and unprofessional, if you're thinking about scheduling, don't, do not let people play in your eyes!

I had fun and was informed that my eyes were great ,but I loved that my Eye Dr Sarah was very clear and very open about my vision.

Dr.Valido was very thorough. Had a good experience at office. Staff were super helpful. Highly recommend Dr Deborah Valido.

Dr. Valido has been my optometrist since I moved to Cincinnati and began my career here. I feel as though we've grown up together. Doctor Valido has skillfully and warmly guided me through my eye care complexities including a detached retina, cataract, astigmatism and my unusual mono vision that is an outcome of my challenges. I couldn't recommend a better optometrist in the Cincinnati area.
