Dr. Michael B. Yang, MD

Recently went to Dr. Yang. He made me feel so comfortable. He was extremely thorough while doing his assessment of my eyes. He explained what he was doing. He explained the condition of my eyes and how to care for them at home to prevent any further damage. He gave me a paper also explaining his assessment of my eyes. It detailed how my medical condition affects my eyes. He gave me written instructions how to care for my eyes at home. I was impressed by his bedside manner and how detailed has at explaining my condition where I could understand what he was saying.

Dr. Yang at Liberty Eye Center treated my 74 yr old husband for 4th nerve palsy and subsequent double vision. He was extremely thorough, responsive and took lots of time with us at multiple visits, answering every question and double checking all findings. We were never rushed. He performed strabismus surgery, and my husband has had fantastic results. As we came to find out, the outcome of this type of surgery relies on not only excellent clinical measurements and testing but also finely tuned tactile expertise to get the amount of muscle tacking just right. Dr. Yang is truly gifted and we are grateful for his empathy and skill.

Office was clean and welcoming. Thorough examination. Dr. Yang took the time to explain my conditions to me.

We saw Dr. Yang to evaluate eye issues that my child was having. The first time that we saw him he was very thorough and he made us feel like he had a legitimate plan in action. However, the next time we saw him to re-evaluate my child since she was still having pain in her eyes, he dismissed her eye issues and said it was "psychological." I was so disappointed and heartbroken for my daughter who put her trust in him and asked why he didn't believe her. I am in the process of getting a second opinion now but I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time and energy going to Dr. Yang.

This Doctor saved my daughter's eye lid. She had a hemangioma on her eye lid a couple days after birth. Fifteen years later me and my wife is still grateful for his work.
