Dr. Rufaro Mudzinganyama OD and Associates

Dr. Rufaro was attentive, thorough, and kind. Her front office staff were also the sweetest. They took time going all over the store to help find a frame my son would like for his first pair of glasses. I will definitely be returning for his contact lens exam!

How did I not know how amazing this place is?!?! From the time I conversed with Kate, I knew my experience would be top tier! Than the intake process was so easy. No misunderstanding whatsoever communication clarity care and kindness was all the feels I got from these amazing group of people! They need to be the model of how all doctors office should be! They have a new forever patient with me. I am even sending my baby girl to them. Matchless perfection! Thank you so very much!

Dr. Mudzinganyama is great! She always takes time for concerns and is a whiz at refractions. The young lady helping pick out frames was also very helpful, totally "got me" and helped me to pick out frames before I even went in for the exam.

The Dr as well as the staff were all top tier. Dr M was so personable and made us feel at ease instantly. The sales staff (Kate) was amazing. We were able to choose our glasses without stress or issues. Will be back!!!

Dr. Clark saw me and heard my concerns, she shared more useful information than I have ever experienced before at another eye doctor. The attendants at the front were helpful and kind. Dr. Clark cares, hears and has resolutions to any concerns

Had a terrible experience. Went in for a rather routine exam, left with a prescription. Note that this exam ONLY provided a prescription with a Sphere number for each eye. I got the glasses with the new prescription, and my left eye was in massive pain compared to my old ones. I made another appointment to discuss this after trying for a full week and a half in hopes I could adjust. Thankfully this visit was free of charge, because it was the worst visit I've ever had. I arrived at 1pm as per my appointment time. At 1:45, she called me in to put something in my eyes "but she wasn't dilating them." 20 minutes pass. She then spends time trying to tell me my glasses were too STRONG (noting that she *already* weakened the left eye last visit) or that they were manufactured incorrectly. She then proceeded to talk to me like I was an idiot, ignore every statement I made, and then started mentioning astigmatism that never came up in the first visit. Lo and behold, she produces a "reprint" of my previous prescription that now includes a -0.50 cylinder adjustment she must've just *forgotten* last time. She then ushers me out, without even a word about the fact that she *did* dilate my eyes, and without any mention about it being unsafe to drive. She seemed all too eager to make the issues she caused be blamed on anyone or anything else. Not once was there an apology, or acknowledgement there was an error. I am never coming back to this location again, and my friend that referred me has also sworn off coming back because she got a play-by-play of the whole thing over text.

Dr. Patience Rufaro Mudzinganyama is the best. My eyes haven't been the best since I got Lasik several years ago and she listens to my concerns and takes good care of me.

Dr. Mudzinganyama is amazing. She is so thorough and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain exam findings, their significance and provided education on prevention and treatment. The staff at the office is also very helpful and kind. 10/10 recommend!
