This was my son's first formal eye exam and he had the best experience here. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and even gave my daughter an activity book to work on while we waited. Dr. Kenkel was extremely kind and honest with us. I have never trusted a practitioner more and will be switching over to him myself! Great place!

I saw a different provider than I typically see at this office. However, I was very pleased with the experience. The doctor was very friendly and personable. He was very also thorough with explaining everything that he was doing and the implications every step of the way. The visit seemed a lot easier and less stressful than it has been in the past for me as I tend to have a hard time looking at the projected charts.

Dr. Timothy I had an appointment with this Branch and I had the most rude and disrespectful attitude ever from their front desk people and the lady that was supposed to help me lied on me and made me wait for more than 45 minutes before she's telling me make another appointment since we can't get you in today...!
I can say this branch should give these people working on front desk more trainings to make them at least act respectable and more human than what they do right now!

We were in and out within an hour. Everyone is so professional that you really feel like they care about your health. Highly recommend this office.

Dr Kenkel is great! the staff was nice and polite when I arrived, but before I got there, I was getting rude texts that they were going to cancel my appointment unless I confirmed. With that being said, I had already confirmed and filled out my online paper work. I did not get any other need to confirm message. Usually a message will say we have you scheduled so & so day, press 1 to confirm 2 to reschedule. My message read in exact work. We are canceling this reservation unless you confirm and it was sent several times in one day. RUDE
