Dr. Tonya Lindsell

Dr. Lindsell is the best!! Making an appointment online is so easy and her office is always efficient. I have gone to her for years and I still see like a teenager thanks to her even though I should be needing readers because I'm getting a little old. You wouldn't know that to look at me, but she very caringly tells me the truth about my eye health which I really appreciate. I refer everyone to Dr Lindsell!

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Linsell and the staff. I trust the care she has given me and my family totally. I recently went to start using contacts after 20 years of wearing glasses and they were very patient with this new experience.

I was treated at CEI for a retina tear and they gladly released me to Dr Lindsell's care. She has taken fabulous care of me since then! She has also taken care of the rest of my family. My children have seen two other opticians in her office and they were very personable. Got along great with my kids and the kids listened to their advice

My husband went to Lindsell & Assoc. for a standard eye exam. He did not ask for any additional testing other than figuring out what type of reading glasses prescription he needed. 2 weeks later he received an invoice for various tests that were NOT performed. His eyes were not dilated, not photos were taken, nor any comprehensive eye exams. He called to speak with someone about it and they kept him on hold for 45 minutes, he called back again & was told they would not change the invoicing as they had billed the insurance company for the services that were not performed. We filed a grievance with the insurance company & Lindsell & Associates did not respond so they sent the bill to collections. $144.03 was the amount. As of today, they have lost our business, & we are passing the information along to exam your paperwork before leaving so this does not happen to you. We had always been satisfied with their services but not anymore.

My entire family has gone to Dr Lindsell for years. She truly loves what she does and it shows! She always takes her time with us and explains everything in detail. Her high quality of care is unmatched! I highly recommend her for your eye care!! I suggest patients understand their insurance before any eye appointment. Some things are categorized under medical insurance which is an insurance matter and not under the control of the doctor.

If you have suffered with dry eye issues or been told you have Meibomian Gland Dysfunction than Dr. Lindsell is a must see. I was referred to her by multiple providers on my care team and they were right. She is a dry eye expert and has dramatically improved my symptoms. Her office is high tech and was the only one to offer advanced imaging and treatment options beyond daily drops. I am sure she is great at contact or diabetic eye checks, but can really testify to her A+ level of care for anyone miserable with dry eyes. If you have tried OTC drops or seen multiple other providers and still have symptoms she is definitely worth a visit. It is clearly a passion of hers. Despite having a very busy clinical practice, her bedside manner always makes you feel relaxed as she spends time discussing ALL the options and then customizes a treatment plan for your eyes WITH you. It feels like a partnership and has really made a difference in keeping my dry eye discomfort under control. I see some have commented on insurance issues (likely out of her control) and honestly she is out of network for my insurance so we pay out of pocket because quite frankly her care is so worth it!
