Was having eye strain and needing to be looked at after years of not seeing a doctor. Needed to find a doctor in my area. I was able to get in relatively quickly and Dr. Boggs was great. She was approachable, kind, and spent plenty of time with me for my exam. Had a prescription for glasses and those came in in about a week. Pick up was easy. Overall great experience.

I had to take my glasses that I purchased less than three months before back because of scratches on the lenses, even though I paid extra for scratch-resistant coating. I was told it would take about a week to get back, that's a pretty long time in general but I had my old pair so it was no biggie. I was going on vacation the week they were supposed to be back so I scheduled an appointment for the Saturday after my return. Two days before my appt I get a call saying don't come we dont have your glasses back. Three weeks and they still don't have them. I asked what could possibly be taking so long and I was told quite coldly they would have to call the lab. The people in the front office were unapologetic. I went to Lenscrafters to get another pair and had them in my hands the next day. A week later I get a call saying my glasses are in. Still no apology. DR. Boggs was amazing but everything else was the worst I've ever had.

Love this office, and Dr. Boggs is great. My husband and I have gone there for years, and have seen Dr. Boggs since she joined the practice. We're always extremely happy with the care and service we receive there.

i had my eye exam today as a new patient with dr. Elizabeth boggs she did an excellent job very professional and thoughtful I'm glad i did my research in finding this place. the office staff was also very professional and courteous.i recommend this place and give them a 5 star recommendation *****
