I can tell you why from my experience with Cincinnati Eye Institute especially want to get credit to dr. Hinel but to give great comment for all the doctors and staff there the best experience I ever experienced with Dr. Hinel I'm not for sure but I think it was back in 2022 when I met Dr Hinl and I can also speak of other doctors too that's there one thing I can say Cincinnati Eye Institute has the best doctors that I had experienced I'm not just saying it just to be saying that I'm saying it because it's true the staff doctors are very very professional understanding caring they will explain to you what you need to hear and some things that you may not want to hear but they do it in a nice professional way to make sure that you follow instruction from what the doctor tells you to do because you would need to and what the importance of why the doctor tells you that and the reason why you need to follow what the doctors tell you to do I know for sure that doctors cannot promise you what's going to happen but I do know this from my experience they do they damn best to make it happen and if it's don't it's not their fault it's what the Creator wants because the Creator guys they hands to do what needs to be done they do a damn good job the doctors that I know is especially the doctor that I'm a patient for not only that just listen to me and what all they staff they do a damn good job they explain they take time out to make sure you are comfortable they also make sure that you understand that when the doctor tell you something is very important even the doctor make it perfectly clear that's very important that you follow what they ask of you to do and if you don't know they take time out to they explain it to you I mean I always have good experience with them on the phone or in person they have a damn good staff I'm telling you and I'll always recommend them to anyone else that have eye problem I can't speak for no other company or clinic or hospital but I can't speak for Cincinnati Eye Institute because you know why I am my patient at Cincinnati Institute and like I said they staff are very professional and caring and understanding if I sit here keep saying things I'll run out of words but for ask me Benjamin Peterson that would be the place where I would want to be thank you and y'all have a blessing day and please be blessed for the Creator will watch over Dr Hinel and staff protect them and make sure you are safe Those are true words for me and I Benjamin Peterson was stand by my words have a blessed day

I was treated at the Cincinnati Eye Institute after my regular Ophthalmologist referred me to the CEI expert for my condition. The team was very attentive; I saw a number of doctors and techs, all coordinated very well. Dr Hinel explained the diagnosis and next steps for treatment. CEI has some world class practitioners, and I feel like I got very good treatment from some of the very best doctors for my condition.

I think he was very knowledgeable and good at answering questions and I had a lot! Actually it was his whole staff that was great, especially at answering my questions! I was so nervous and a little scared at first but they were great at putting my mind at ease! Yes I would easily recommend them to my family and friends!! Thank you!

Thankful that my regular doctor, Dr. Hines was able to see me prior to my original appointment date. CEI is an exceptional organization with tremendous doctors and staff.

Dr. Hinel was great. Trying to get another appointment has been difficult. Left a message to schedule an appointment ad have not heard back for two days at this time.

Dr. Hinel and his assistant were very personable and excellent in their evaluation of my eye condition.

Dr. Hinel found what bothered my eye in a few minutes. He also found the solution that eliminated the problem. Now my eye feels great. He suggested that my problem was caused by an infection. He prescribed an antibiotic to prevent recurring my symptoms.
