Eyecare on the Square

There is absolutely nowhere like Eye Care On the Square. From the peaceful and clean environment to the most amazing staff I've ever experienced in any medical/vision/dental setting. I've had my kids going since age six months and all adults in my family go as well. I cannot say enough good things about this incredible business. If only we had to go more often!

I highly recommend this place! My 6 month old son needed glasses and they helped me pick the BEST frames for him. I made several calls to them over 2 days just asking questions and the employee was so helpful and made me feel like I was their only customer! Ended up our insurance was out of network and they worked with us and got us a great deal! They were so helpful and kind! Made this transition easy and painless!

It's difficult when you're moving to another state finding the best healthcare providers. Yesterday had an urgent need arise to see an eye doctor. I found Eye Care on the Square after doing a search in Cincinnati & was able to get an appointment this morning. Dr. Burt & his entire staff made my experience one that far exceeded my expectations! From the friendliness, professionalism & the depth of knowledge that I experienced was second to none. I'm very blessed to have found this eye care practice & will continue to use them for years to come as well as recommend Dr. Burt's office to anyone I know.

Dr. Jonathan Burt, OD is professional , compassionate and who also has a wonderful personality. He puts you at ease while taking the time to answer questions and explaining the eye imaging and results. The entire staff was amazing !

Had a great first visit today. Doctor Burt and team were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The technology of the office was interesting and explained in a way that was simple enough to understand and evaluate. I was impressed.

I needed a last minute appointment because I had thought I had maybe scratched my eye and they got me in right away. Was my first visit there and the staff were awesome and super friendly. The doctor was thorough and didn't make me feel silly. This will now be where I go for all future eye care needs. Great first experience :)

I initially chose this office because I had a positive experience at the dry eye clinic owned by the same doctor, so I expected the same level of professionalism and care. The eye exam itself was great--Dr. Burt was knowledgeable, and I felt confident in the quality of the exam. I opted to reuse my existing frames and just have the lenses replaced. Unfortunately, when I picked up my glasses, the frames were damaged. I contacted the office and was told they would replace them, which I appreciated. However, it's now been over a month, and despite multiple calls and texts, I haven't been able to get a response or any follow-up. It's disappointing to have such a lack of communication after an otherwise positive start.

Usually I would rate this store a five star. I've done business with them before. However, I'm being generous with a 3 star review today. Staff had told me my glasses were ready. Got there and only one pair was ready ... but when I inspected that pair (my sunglasses) one lens had a colorful psychedelic wave over it while the other lens was appropriate. So now they have to do that lens over. Obviously had the staff been on their toes - they would have informed neither pair was ready saving me a trip today.
