Eyemart Express

We went in during a more busy time. The ladies there worked efficiently to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible without compromising customer service. The selection of frames available are fantastic. Lots of options in all price ranges. The employee was very kind and patient with my 11 year old. She made sure the frames were going to fit well and correct measurements were taken. I've been coming here for a couple years now and recommend them to all of my family and friends. Keep up the great work!

Colleen , went above and beyond to help me find the right glasses, that I absolutely love. She also took the time to explain my vision insurance , so I could understand the benefits that I have, and what I would pay out of pocket . Colleen is a sweetheart , she not only took the time to help me find the perfect glasses. She was so sweet and kind and full of personality , I just love her . This was my first time going to Eyemart Express , I must say I was impressed . I did go to LensCrafters for many years , I must say their customer service is terrible . So I'm so satisfied with Eyemsrts selection of frames and the prices are unbeatable. So, I decided that I want Eyemart to take care of all of my eye care needs .i will not be going back to LensCrafters . Thank you again Colleen for everything .

I have been going to Eyemart Express in Western Hills for quite a few years now. I am a return Customer because of their professionalism their knowledge great customer service friendliness and eagerness to help and answer any and all questions. I have never been disappointed. The staff has always been exceptionally helpful. I went in yesterday had an eye exam and bought three new pair of glasses everything was done within a 2-hour time span. They are definitely my go-to people when I need new eyeglasses. Cannot stress enough how much I appreciate this place and consistency in giving me exceptional customer service. Also the prices are comparatively great!

I can't say enough about how great of an experience I have had over the past three years obviously they take my insurance and they give me a great price as well as a free pair of readers or long distance classes which is really nice I also have a pair of bifocal sunglasses and bifocal regular glasses whenever my glasses have broken or had issues or anything whatsoever I have brought them in and within the year they absolutely fix them for free really quick really fast I don't know anybody anywhere that literally makes glasses within 21 minutes I mean seriously my bifocals and readers were made on site within 21 minutes I was just absolutely lazy I can't I can't say enough about how they really take care of their customers selection is not the largest but it is really nice and sufficient I would like for the sunglasses to be a little bit larger selection but it's fine as it is but again I'm in these little minor and I say minor drawbacks have nothing to do with the fact that a customer service is incredible and the service of making the classes on site are so quick and done right there on site just amazing again I have been with Eye Mart for about three years going on for years now and I have gone other places for my eye exam but I will not go anywhere to order glasses. Thank you so much for all that you do especially the workers just really good and knowledgeable I really like the store

Had a great first experience at this location purchasing my child's first pair of glasses. The young woman who helped us was very kind and patient and answered all of my questions. We came in the evening and glasses were ready the next day by Noon. Happy with the quality, pricing, and warranty.

Kiana and Amanda were really amazing. I brought in my prescription that I had taken elsewhere and it was easy to pick up my glasses. I didn't even make it home before Kiana text me and said my glasses were ready. These ladies did a great job
