I had the best experience at the Eastgate store. The ladies were extremely helpful with helping me pick out my new frames. These are the cutest frames I've ever had. I told them I was a teacher so they helped get me the educator discount. Best customer service experience I've had in a very long time!!

Second time getting glasses from this location. First time was fantastic so I came back. Initial buying experience was good, staff was friendly and helpful but had an issue with the glasses. Got them home and had a chip so had to go back (30 min drive). Had my lenses replaced and less then 2 weeks had a scratch again. Nothing hit the lenses, just used the cloth provided. Called and staff was ok on the phone and said they would replace one more time. Explained that the first time I didn't even put them on yet. My first set of glasses from them I had for almost two years with no issues and are same set of lenses. I dropped the glasses back and my wife picked them up next day. Said staff was very rude and not friendly. I doubt I will be back even with the good prices and same day glasses. So disappointed.

Everyone that helped me at the Eastgate Eyemart store was very helpful. They said my eyeglasses would be done within an hour and they would call me. They were ready and less than a half an hour and they called me. My glasses were very nice. I could see threw them very good and I am very pleased! Thank you very much for the good service!
