Eyemart Express

I have been so impressed with my experience at Eyemart Express Colerain. I came a few weeks ago for an updated prescription/exam and new glasses. Customer service was excellent across the board and Dr. Micah reminded me of an old school family eye doctor. Then I met Kim who, even having to work on her birthday, was kind and patient as she helped me choose my new frames and answered all of my questions about features and pricing. I am a special ed teacher and sometimes need to move quickly, so Kim and Katie have helped through two fittings getting my frames to fit securely. I thought I was going to have to restyle a pair I absolutely loved and they fit much better now! I am so happy with the service I have received here and will happily recommend this location anytime - especially ask for Kim if you are needing new glasses. She's the best!!

The employees there go way beyond being nice and professional. They make you feel like welcome guest. I've bought several pair there. All the employees have been super helpful and quick to serve. Nora has done a superb job with backup from the manager and technicians. If you want decent glasses at a decent price, they're perfect. You can also find higher level frames so no need for boutique glasses shops.

I really enjoy this location and have been a repeat customer. The store manager was amazing to work with. They always run amazing deals and have such an awesome selection to choose from. I've never had anything but a great experience at this location and highly recommend!

So grateful for this place! I was looking online for somewhere that could get my prescription fast! I had sudden blurry vision was feeling disoriented and having awful headaches... I have three kids at home and I couldn't wait two weeks to get glasses. I walked into Eyemart express & was helped immediately. Katie Helped me understand everything about glasses, different lenses and pricing options. I was able to get a second pair completely free. Pricing was very reasonable especially not having insurance! My glasses were literally done in 24 minutes. Eyemart express in Colerain was my lifesaver!

Nora provided excellent customer service! She helped me pick the right glasses for me. I appreciate it that she did not allow me to spend money on the wrong product. Because of her positive energy, I ended up purchasing two pair of glasses!

I LOVE Eyemart Express. I went to another place to get my glasses and I will never do that again ever. I am sad because Zach,Zack or Zac I don't know how he spells his name but I'm sad to say that he's leaving the Colerain store and going to another store I am going to miss him because he is very good and he is quite fast but he is very thorough when he waits on you. I pray that he will be happy where he's going. Good Luck

My granddaughter and husband were the first to use EyeMart Express for their glasses prescriptions. Katie actually worked with my 6 year old granddaughter first and was incredibly patient, kind and helpful with her. LuLu can be quite challenging at times, but Katie didn't skip a beat. Next was the husband, unfortunately he didn't get to work with Katie for his prescription and his visit wasn't as positive as LuLu's. Then finally it was my turn. The day we came in was terribly busy and we had a bit of a wait. Then, finally, after having "ample" amount of time to pick out the frames I wanted, Katie called my name. She was personable, knowledgeable and steady as rock. Katie didn't rush me and she answered every single question I had. She also took care of the insurance filing. What a relief that I didn't have to deal with that issue. I also have to give their optician that made my glasses a big THANK YOU for my glasses being so perfect! Great WORK!! Katie thank you so much for being a professional in the chaos of a very very busy time and day! You are AMAZING!! And so is EyeMart Express! So I recommend EyeMart Express a million times over, you can't go wrong. And if you get Katie to work with, tell her Rosanna sent you!

Representative was very knowledgeable and accommodating! I appreciated her comments on the glasses I chose. Also as I first time customer I had a coupon off my glasses.
