The two girls checking my husband and me in for our appointments for the doctor were very knowledgeable and so kind and helpful. The Doctor was extremely patient and kind. He also made sure to listen and explain to me all my concerns with my prescription.
Excellent service from Kristen! She was very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful when we were picking out our glasses. She made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. Thank you all for helping us!!!! Highly recommend the LensCrafters in Mason Ohio!

Front desk people need to provide better customer service. They need to do more when they are checking in customers like scanning their id card and insurance cards. That is their job. Also, they charge $25 just to send the report to the family doctor. Note that they charge 3% if you pay via credit card.

Do not go here. I had a really poor experience with my exam - the doctor was barely communicative, I had to ask him several times to give me basic information about my eyesight. THEN, I had to wait weeks to get trial contact lenses sent to me before I could get my contact prescription and then when I called back after trying the contacts to finally get my prescription, I STILL could not because the doctor had to further authorize for some reason. I had a terrible experience and ran out of contacts with all the delays.

It was a quick and very average eye exam. I don't appreciate being charged $39 for imaging. By hiding it in the paperwork you have patients sign, you didn't even ask when you did it. I won't be back.

I had to wait 15 minutes, but I was not in a hurry. Technician had trouble with one of the machines. Doctor was very thorough on explaining things. I was pleasantly surprised my exam was covered by my insurance. I was told on the phone that it wasn't accepted. People at front desk nice and friendly.
