The experience could not have been better. Got in and out in under an hour. Dr.Bisig was very nice, very thorough, and explain things to me in detail. The medication prescribed started working immediately when I put the drops in my eye.

The doctor was professional and concise. No complaints about her and her staff.
What I dislike is their policy for acquiring glasses and contact lenses prescriptions. I was asked if I would like them and I said yes. At the end of the visit
I was told I'd have to stop by optical center and pay for the prescriptions. My insurance covered one, but I had to pay $60 approximately for the other. This was a surprise I wasn't expecting and didn't appreciate.
