Everyone here was very nice and very knowledgeable. I particularly liked the gentleman that worked with me to find frames and place the order for my glasses. Joe Wolfe was very kind and very patient. After explaining what I wanted in a frame he knew that a pair just like I described was not actually on the shelf but in a drawer! I would never have known they had them otherwise. And I really love them. He was a tremendous help navigating my FSA payment and then helping me get new lenses after what I had decided to try did not end up working for me like I had hoped. Thank you, Joe!!

Every single person who I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and kind. Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. I cannot say enough positive things about the service and care that I received at this location. Dr. Werling was professional, thorough and very kind. Patrick, the Optician who helped me choose new frames was also professional, kind and patient. I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the technician who did the pre-exam work up, but she was also very professional and beyond kind. I highly recommend this location and will be returning for all of my future needs!

We had an awful experience at the Kenwood Mall location, so we decided to give the Eastgate LensCrafters a try--and we're so glad we did! Lawrence was absolutely amazing. His customer service was top-tier from start to finish. He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He completely turned our experience around. I certainly did not expect to be writing a review after this apointment, but I Iegitimately just had the best vision care experience of my life. Lily and her buddy at the front desk were excellent, Jake from optometry was not only pleasant but could win a monetized facial hair tournament, and Dr. Clark optimized both my vision and my mood so well that colors in the parking lot somehow seem more vibrant. 10/10 these folks can cure cancer with the right magnification-they're that good.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a healthcare professional ever. Dr. Mohammadi was thorough, patient and informative. I found out my prescription had been wrong for YEARS and after my visit here, I am seeing the best I have ever seen. I regret not asking front desk their names but they were just as helpful and unbelievably kind. The whole team was able to quickly help with a problem due to backordered contacts. Truly the epitome of excellent customer service and compassionate care.
