I ordered some glasses a couple weeks ago and when I called to get an update and an idea of when they'd come in, I was told the lab didn't have the frames in stock and was trying to get them from somebody else? It was kind of confusing but I ended up just cancelling the order and getting a refund since they didn't know how long it would take and I need glasses ASAP. The ladies at the store were very nice and helpful though, and I didn't have any trouble cancelling the order to my surprise. Can't give 5 stars because LC didn't even have the frames that I paid them for (overpaid tbh but I was willing to pay because it was the most convenient option at the time) and didn't communicate that to the store, or me. Prob won't order glasses from them again but I do appreciate the local customer service.

They gave me my eye exam in about 1 1/2 hours after missing an appointment. Glasses were available in store the next week.

The young lady who worked with me was outstanding. From picking out frames to getting them ordered. Also, went back for adjustment and she was great. So glad I got the extra insurance for my scratch resitant lens. Highly recommend.

From start to finish-- one of the BEST experiences ever! I arrived at 11:05am for my 11:20am appointment . I was done with registration and paperwork and seen by 11:15am. Eye exam, consulted with the Doctor, bought my glasses by 11:30am! Never felt rushed, great customer service from arrival until departure! I must add Michelle is the BEST!!!!! Her personality and attention to detail is impeccable! Shes very personable and she has keen sense on how to help you decide which frames look the best, if you need the extra help! So please show them some love and shop with them! Great service, knowledgeable team, great location and a nice selection of frames!! I will definitely shop here until I relocate away from Ohio! 10/10 for me! Thank you Western Hills LC Family!

I wished my experience at this store was like the other reviewers. When I called to see if my online order was ready for pickup, I was told I would have to come into the store to find out. I should have known there that I was in for a bad customer experience. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted with a very curt "What do you want?". I was expecting a greeting more like hello or maybe something like welcome, or even how can I help you? When I told them I wanted to pick up my order and then would like to get them fitted, the associate openly sighed and then went over to a cabinet while demanding that I have my ID ready. She brought over one of the two pairs and said that's all they have. I had to ask twice for her to check for the other pair. She argued with me until I showed her the tracking info that showed both pairs were delivered to the store. She mumbled something anf then went to the same cabinet and produced the second pair within a few seconds. I'm guessing they were right next to the first order. She handed the 2nd box to me and then walked away. Her and the other associate started talking and both of them kept their backs to me until I finally decided to leave without getting either of the glasses adjusted. This was my first experience with Lens Crafters. Because of the terrible attitude of the retail staff, It will likely be my last.

This place is a dump, my wife spent over $500.00 on a pair of eye glasses and immediately the screws started backing out of the threads, visibly out of the threads. I've tightened them over and over but within one day they're back out again. They don't have an answering system either and they never answer the phone. If you don't recognize their number when they call you back days later or are away from your phone you'll play phone tag for days. Go somewhere else.

I had a very informative and positive experience; the information was concisely conveyed and I was able to come away feeling like I got a good deal and knew exactly where my money was going!
