Amazing experience! Walked in to ask questions. I was able to get an eye exam by Dr. Harris almost immediately. Very amiable fellow. Kristen, a customer service Goddess, was able to determine my insurance would cover the greatest portion of the cost there by greatly reducing my out of pocket expense. Very nice people. Polite, professional and proactive. It is so very nice to be treated so very nice. I can see myself returning here in the future when digital eye implants (in designer colors) becomes a thing.

Super thankful for THIS LensCrafters location.
Kristen, Shania, and Emma worked together to go above and beyond for me today!! They caught that I had been wrongfully overcharged at a different location (something I didn't even realized myself) and handled everything with my insurance and the previous store for me, completely taking all work and stress off my shoulders.
They did all of this on Christmas Eve, just an hour before closing. They went out of their way to find, address, and fix a major and complex mess left by a completely different location, when they could have just left it be undetected.
What was supposed to be a quick last-second repair turned into them advocating for me, correcting other people's mistakes, and making sure I truly understood what I had paid for. I left feeling not only relieved, but confident and informed about my purchases and experience.
This is by far the most accommodating and trustworthy LensCrafters location I've been to, and I can't recommend them enough!! Thank you Kristen, Shania, and Emma for being so helpful.

Excellent place with great customer service. The staff are friendly and helpful. Testing was hassle free experience. I would strongly recommend digital testing which will save time as well as avoid applying the eye solution. It comes with $40 which most insurance won't cover but worth the time and strain we save. Once glass is prescribed, the doctor or receptionist never force you to buy glass in their store. You're free to choose any shop. But I'll once again recommend choosing the frame and lens here. There are good variety of frames for kids and adults. The staff help you choose right lens with blue light or anti reflective or any other extra protective layers. The time taken is also pretty quick. They committed 1 week but delivered exactly on 4th day independent of new year holiday season. The staff helped to make adjustments to frame while picking up and requested to visit store for any further alterations as needed. Overall, it's best in class customer service and would recommend this place to my friends and family.
