This place is amazing! I've been a pt of Dr Herron for YEARS! Mary is also a reason I keep coming back- she is knowledgeable, friendly and always so professional. Recently I had an urgent vision issue and Dr. Herron spent time with me, explained everything and was very diligent about referring me to a specialist. I can't say enough positive things! My husband goes there now too!

Great staff, very kind and helpful. Mary at front desk is amazing, she's great with kids..made my little one very comfortable before his eye exam. De.Herron is very knowledgeable, explained everything in detail. Had a wonderful experience, would recommend to everyone.

Dr Herron is wonderful, however, I definitely do not recommend getting glasses there. Staff is not educated enough on the proper way to adjust and fit glasses. Had major issues with this and will not be going back. Extremely disappointed in the quality of, not only the glasses and lenses, but also the knowledge and expertise of the staff.

Formerly wing eyecare, the new owners have destroyed what used to be a great place to go for glasses and eye exams. You cannot call and speak to a human about scheduling; it's all done through their automated phone system, which is maybe the worst I've ever tried to work with. I've had to cancel a couple of appointments and did so using as THEIR preferred method: I texted their phone system. I have received a confirmation each time that they have received my cancellations but afterwards they have said I was a no-show. I never do that. Ever. If I have you in my calendar either I'll be there or I'll let you know that I won't. Every. Single. Time. This week I got Covid; quarantined myself at home and dutifully cancelled my appointment on their system, only to get a phone call that since I'd been a no show they wouldn't accept any appointments from me. We finally found something we agree on: after having been a regular customer at this location for several years I will NOT be going back. Plenty of other places to replace them.

I love this location so much! Dr Herron is great, and Mary and Jo are so amazing, sweet and helpful. Jo will hook you UP and make you look fab!

Completely unprofessional staff and horrible customer service. They do not value their patients. Go somewhere else.
