Failed to use telephone number and it several days to communicate about problem and schedule an appointment when I experienced an acute change in my visual field. And then the follow up call after the appointment also went to the wrong telephone number.

I've always had a positive visit with Dr. Azar. Very pleasant and does her practice with precision. If there is anything to complain about it is that CEI wants too many patients per hour for Dr and runs her too far behind. Very annoying for Patients and I am sure the Dr.
