Read before purchasing glasses here, the eye his self very professional no complaints there, I do not know how Brittany is still working there she is absolutely beyond rude (I have been since July dealing with her she hung on me multiple times when I called and has done everything but cussed me out where everyone can hear her and believe she has said things people shouldn't say to a customer) and she knows more about your eyes then you do because I guess she can see out of them. I would go anywhere else to get your glasses it has been a headache I will be happy to have over with if I can ever get my refund but I highly doubt that will ever happen if she is working there.

I have been scheduling my eye exams here for several years after switching from Sam's Club, because of scheduling difficulties, and I am really pleased with the care I receive from Dr. Keith Blankman. He is ready, willing, and able to answer all my questions and is a pleasure to deal with. At my advanced age, eye care becomes more important. Having confidence in my eye care provider is imperative, because my eyesight is vital for all the things I like to do. He takes good care of me. Thanks Doc.

I purchased 2 pair of glasses that I spent a lot of money on that I could not see out of. I called a month later to let them know, and was told I needed to give it some time because I had a new bifocal. Well, here it is months later and I still can't see anything up close with these glasses. I called to make an appointment to come in, and as "I" was asking questions I was told they were really busy and could answer my questions. But in return they began to ask me multiple questions. I was then told in order to get the appointment they needed to know if I would be paying out of pocket or using my insurance. I in return said I don't know I'll decide when I get there. I was told "Oh no, we need to know because we can't just give you free service or glasses". WHAT!!!! This made me extremely upset because I would NEVER want anything for FREE! I asked if there was anyone else I could speak to and she told me she was the manager. This is very much disappointing as I really liked the Dr. and the staff before being accused of wanting something for FREE. Nevertheless, I went somewhere else and had to PAY for a new prescription and NEW GLASSES. The prescription that I had from Meijer was way too close for my vision and I could not see anything close up. My new prescription is perfect and worth the money. You lost great customers!!! My husband, son or I will not be back Ms. Manager. My money spends anywhere!!!

Dr. Blankman and Katie are both amazing! Dr. is very personable along with the greatest expertise! He truly wants to give you the best prescription for you! Highly recommended! Katie has been extremely helpful with insurance benefits and finding the best fit for glasses and contacts! Very prompt, which makes it very pleasant to be a patient!

I'm still in awe about the incredible experience I had at Meijer Optical. Not only were the floor staff members (Katie & Angela) polite, but they were very helpful with finding me the perfect pairs of glasses. There is a lot more to picking out glasses than just randomly trying them on. And, as if that weren't good enough, it only got better when it was time to pay; the bill was about half of what I've paid at other places in the past! I should probably add that the doctor was very friendly and he gave me his full attention during the exam. I highly recommend Meijer Optical on Stone Creek Blvd.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. The optometrist and the office staff were extremely professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend using them and disregard any of the negative reviews because everyone I came in contact with at the office couldn't have been more pleasant. They all did a great job.
