I had a very pleasant experience as a first time patient in this Anderson office. I'm happy with Midwest. The technician/physicians assistant was who I saw first was kind and thorough. She explained each step and made certain i understood. The Dr. put me at ease and performed an efficient exam, making certain my questions were answered. He was very professional. I'll be seeing him next at the Pine Road office, as it is closer to my home. The only thing we did not talk about are my astigmatisms and the need for tri-focal.lenses.

This place is just TRASH. Do not waste your time going here or give them business I've had this appointment for 3 weeks, drove 45 min on the wet roads and I have bald tires so I was 15 minutes late, which I called and told them I'd be a bit late they said it would be fine BECAUSE they have a 15 min late grace period. I drove all the way there & got signed in, gave them my ID. The doctor refused to see me, he refused to come out and speak to me, canceled my appointment & told me I shouldn't have been late. The most disgusting place I've ever been to with the most disgusting, disrespectful doctors . Literally BS! HORRIBLE business.
