I highly recommend Midwest eye center My doctor Dr Dixon was awesome he made me feel real comfortable about the surgery The staff was awesome very nice I had a cataracts surgery was 10 minutes per eye and I didn't feel a thing and now I can see better I got a 20/20 vision I highly recommend Midwest eye center The reviews I read was true so that made me want to go to them and I'm very very pleased with the results

Deborah the technician was excellent very professional and knowledgeable. The remaining staff was loud and very distracting as the conducted personal conversations in the open office area where your test and images are being done. They even sent in an intern who announced to me I would not regain my vision before my doctor or surgeon gave me the information or explained it.

Reading Road office staff is awful, unprofessional and loud. Eating doughnuts and talking while you're trying to complete test in the open office and they are openly complaining about being told they need to go work at another location.

I've been trying to reach the office manager, Jessica, to resolve a problem experienced at the Reading Road location for over 2 weeks. I left 2 voicemails with no return call. Very unprofessional.
