I had a great experience! Very clean and quiet. Wonderful staff, especially the prescription manager (think her name is Sarah) and Dr Seitz! We had a big issue with my prescription but they did everything they could and we finally got it cleared up and I'm on the road to healing after dealing with a severe case of Dry eye for over three years! Don't listen to the negativity- a lot of ppl don't do what's required and then get mad when things don't go their way. I highly recommend this place. There's no long wait list and the appointments are quick, efficient, and easy. Thank you MEC, Dr. Seitz, and Sarah for sticking with me and getting me through this bc I wasn't always the nicest. They literally got a $900 prescription down to $60 and I actually got it free this time because of the issues that came up. They made everything right after some frustrating delays. At Walgreens, my script would've been $500 WITH insurance and moving forward, it's only $60 w/their delivery svc. I'm so happy and excited to FINALLY get some relief!!

First time at Midwest Eye Center West location. I had gone to the West Hamilton location for over 25 years. I was not disappointed with switching. It was great visit, the wait time was maybe 5 minutes, the staff was courteous and the doctor was excellent. I was in and out in 45 minutes total. Thank you

My appointment was for 10:15am. Was not called from the waiting room until 11:00am. No explanation was given for the 45 minute delay. However, Keisha (sp?) the nurse was excellent. She was friendly and very efficient. She administered the eye drops and performed the preliminary tests prior to exam with Dr. Davitt. Dr. Davitt is an excellent ophthalmologist and I would highly recommend him.

My appointment with Dr. Kondash was at 9:00 am on Monday December 1. I was checked in at approximately 8:50, was called back at exactly 9:00, had drops put in, medication records reviewed, had one eye test and was back in the office at about 9:15. Dr. Kondash came in, checked my eyes thoroughly and I was at the front desk at 9:35 to make next year's appointment. It was amazing! So professional and so efficient! And I heartily recommend Dr. Kondash!!
