Montgomery Vision Care

I was searching for a new eye doctor that accepted my insurance and came across Montgomery Vision Care. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful! I was able to get in as a new patient within less than a week. I was able to fill out my information online and they sent me texts as a reminder for my appointment. The store is easy to find and there is plenty of parking. They were upfront about any and all costs and options. Dr. Laura took her time to examine me and I did not feel rushed whatsoever. She was very kind, detailed, and on time. She explained everything to me in simple terms and showed me my retina scans, which I thought was really cool! Throughout the appointment, I could tell they had a systematic set up for each patient which allowed for an efficient workflow. After Dr. Laura determined my new eyewear prescription, I was sent to Kim. Kim was absolutely lovely and easy to talk to. They had a great selection of eyewear to choose from. They send out the order for your prescription and frames and come back within about a week. I know some places like lens crafters can do it in-house but I feel the quality of the lenses I received at this office was much better and worth the wait! Kim explained all options for lenses and sunglasses. I was so excited to pick up my new glasses and she quickly had them fitted for me. Lastly, they have the cutest kids play area in case you need to bring your little ones. I highly recommend this place!

Most of the front desk folks are rude. Especially the gal with all grey shoulder length hair. Others and the opticians think it's fine to chat non stop about personal topics while customers wait. One time I had a question for the Dr - they posted it on the "board." I called 3x over a month and they still said the Dr had not gotten to it.

I have been a patient of Montgomery Vision Care for a few years now and I am extremely pleased with the exceptional service I have received. The staff is all extremely friendly, and when I work with Dr. Laura she is always 100% focused on you as the patient. I never once felt rushed. I would 1,000% recommend this office to someone looking for an optometrist!

Amazing welcoming experience start to finish! Our son & I both had end of the day appointments, we were given such thorough, explanatory care. Truly felt welcomed and informed about our care. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality eye care and a positive environment!

Dr. Fiorenza gave the most comprehensive eye exam to my son that he has ever had, and really looked at his entire eye/brain health when some complications were discovered. Because we surprised her with a complicated case she spent a long time with us, but the office staff worked together to be super kind and professional and kept everyone moving along efficiently.

The doctors and some of the staff are outstanding. My daughters were very nervous and ended up having "so much fun" :) We'll be back. Realize though, that you will want to make arrangements to get your prescription filled elsewhere. Kim does not listen to any concerns, is useless (or unwilling, more likely) in talking with insurance, orders upgrades without any conversation and then argues when asked about them, and (rudely) refuses to correct mistakes. Go to there for eye care - just leave as soon as you've been seen by the doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Fiorenza's for several years. Lots of positives including short wait times, nice selection of European frame brands but mostly the care provided. Dr. Fiorenza goes over everything meticulously and takes ample time with every appointment. Highly recommend.

We moved recently from another state. The experts at Montgomery Vision Care were so thorough and careful in examining my eyes that I'm glad we live here now! They suggested several measures I could take to protect my aging eyes, and they taught me more than I knew about eye nutrients. They were on time, efficient, professional, and friendly. They even found some less expensive glasses frames that are perfect for me. I'd recommend them to everyone!
