Great glasses and even greater staff! I found my new FAVORITE pair of glasses recently by the incredible and well known Jo. She took the time, truly cared about me and had great advice + expertise.... 10/10 would come back! Jennifer was also a sweetheart and was a delight over the phone and during pickup. Awesome staff that made all the difference! Thanks all!!

Mrs. Jo at MyEyeDr. is absolutely outstanding! From the moment I walked in, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients--not just rushing through appointments. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant because of her warm and personable approach. If you're looking for excellent eye care with someone who treats you like more than just a number, I highly recommend Mrs. Jo Johnson. Five stars all the way!

Everyone at this location is always so helpful and welcoming. Jo has helped me with two pairs of glasses now and she always looks for frames that flatter my face and is such a charming person. Dr. Herron is comforting and reassuring and answers any quick questions I have. Would highly recommend this location.

I went to the office today because I've been having issues with my vision. Dr Herron did a thorough exam and made a slight change. Jo took over from there and worked her magic to help get me in to new glasses and contacts at an affordable price. I am grateful to both of them for helping me out. This will be my permanent location from here on out!!

Went to this location to get glasses in June of 2025. Waited this long to do a review so I would not write it in anger. This location is very different than the Liberty and Hamilton ones. I had an issue with my glasses and my wife uses the one in Hamilton and was picking up her glasses at that location. I asked them if they could help with my issue with the glasses. They looked at my glasses and looked at the information in the computer told me what information to go back with to this location with. When I did the person I am guessing the manager of the location went on about it is not that it was something different he would have to talk with the optometrist with when they were in next. Kept the glasses told me they would call back in a few days. I waited a little over a week and I had to call back. Got told yea we shipped those out to be changed with the correction I told the optometrist you needed. And they would contact me when they were back in. Waited another period of no contact for them coming back in. Called asked for update said they were at the facility being corrected that they should be back soon. This how thing had been for going on a weeks now. Called asked if I could get a refund for my glasses excluding the eye exam as the optometrist had not done anything wrong. Got told by receptionist that they could not process it had to wait for the manager back in to do so. They left note for them to call me back. They did and processed the return for me. Maybe it was just my experience at this location but I will not be back to this one. MyEyeDr you can save yourself from responding to this I have spoken the true your response to this will be to try to save face.

I had the most incredible experience at my recent eye doctor appointment, and I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the store manager, Allan. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and made the check-in process a breeze. The office itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable--definitely not your typical clinical atmosphere. I was seen right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Herron was absolutely amazing--knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about eye care. He took the time to explain each step of the exam, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt completely at ease. I never felt rushed, and I left with a much better understanding of my eye health than I've ever had before. The technology they use is state-of-the-art, and it made the whole exam quick and painless. I even got to see high-resolution images of my eyes, which was fascinating! To top it all off, the optical staff helped me find the perfect type of contacts for everyday use. If you're looking for an eye doctor and staff who truly cares about their patients and provides top-tier care in a welcoming environment, look no further. This was hands-down the best eye care experience I've ever had!
