Horrible place to go for exams . Too costly . And they change what insurance they take too often. Nearly $400 for an exam and contact fitting and to purchase their contacts . Staff isnt friendly. And their glasses suck. They dont give trial lenses for emergencies. Pathetic people and service. New eye dr lady sucks too the other one was better that was there before .

I went to do my second lenses, they did it wrong and then I went to have it corrected, then they are calling me to charge me 125 dollars for the repair... these are abusers, the most expensive lenses in the world and with health insurance are these.

Called because I'm trying out contacts for the first time and I was told to call back after wearing them for a few days. The lady who answered the phone was so rude for no reason. Absolutely no help whatsoever. I'll make sure not to go to this location again. I'll get my contacts elsewhere. You just lost my business.

*Review edited* Vision check was good. Frames selection was good. My daughter received hers on schedule. However I was quoted 1 1/2 weeks for mine to be delivered. 3 weeks later I went by the store to check and they said they'd get back to me and didn't. Now a month after ordering them I called to find out they're back ordered. My appointment was on and order was placed on 2/20. They're now quoting a delivery date of 4/5. 3 stars as of this review posting which will drop to 2 if the delivery time isn't met. Long lead times are fine. Just know the status and provide updates as things change. I shouldn't have to pull teeth to get info on my glasses. Above was initial review. They did reach out to me and frames were delivered. The fact that they responded to my review does matter a lot. Bottom line - great treatment and service for the evaluation, solid selection of frames, bit of a hiccup for order/delivery which they acknowledged and delivered upon.

Best experience I've ever had with any optometrist. Christine and Lisa went above and beyond for me when getting contacts and new glasses that I actually wanted. Dr. Nisbet took time to make sure my prescription was accurate and explained details to a point I shared my appreciation. Highly recommend.

Lisa did a great job helping me to find the right style and fit for me. She was very professional and friendly. She worked with my insurance coverages to make the new glasses affordable, with very low out of pocket cost. The whole process was quick and painless.

I had a great experience here today. The technician and doctor were both very pleasant and professional. Keith went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and happy in a pair of frames before I left.

I had the worst experience with this eye care team.The service team was unprofessional,my order took 3 weeks or more to arrive.when my glasses arrived it wasn't what I order and now they had to reorder my lenses it took another 3 weeks to arrive.the eye care team sent me a text saying that my lenses are in once I arrive at the place and now their telling me that don't see my lenses anywhere in the building. I'm so done with this company. I will never go back to them.so everyone beware of this company don't go there.
