The front desk on 1st visit was, let's just say, unfriendly. The Dr was great, the lady that helped me pick out glasses was great, wish I knew her name. I was supposed to get a text when ready...didn't hear anything so I called, was told the shipped and should be in the next day..Next day no call, no text so I called and was told they are in shipping should be in tomorrow (Friday)...waited till Saturday nothing! I called Monday and the person that answered put me on hold and came back and says, they're here, I ask when they came in because nobody noticed me and she says (in a nasty tone) I don't know! I went to pick them up, front desk person, again rude, got me my glasses, hands them to me and says, do ya wanta try them on! Duh! You spend almost $800. and she wants to know if I want to try them on. Think my next experience will be somewhere else.

Everyone here is extremely friendly and professional! Dr. Patel, Ruthe and Kim are amazing. I was super impressed with my service. I will be back! Thank you so much for making me feel welcomed!

I was 10 minutes late for my appointment so I knew I had to rescheduled but my son had an appointments at 11:40am. The lady at the desk, I think her name was Cheryl was rude and disrespectful. I did not say a word, I just waited for my grandson, who they saw at 10am but could not see me. She never rescheduled my appointment. I didn't ask her to either. I made new appointments for myself and my husband at a different eye doctor. Kindness is a valuable asset in customer service, your front desk lady needs some classes in that and professionalism.

My experience was wonderful and treated with care and all my questions were answered and everyone was very professional. Ruth is outstanding and it's always see her smiling face when I come for my exam. I'm very satisfied with the service I received. Thanks to you all.

I get my vision exams here, but also twice I've had a medical eye issue, and Dr. Patel was very thorough in doing the exam, explaining my situation to me, and treating it, since it didn't require any surgical intervention. They also fit me in on short notice when I had a big concern about my eye. All the desk and tech people are very pleasant as well.

Dr Zumbarger was wonderful and Ruthie at the front was an angel. Great visit and this was my 1st time.

I've been coming here for almost 9 years now. Never had an issue previously with my exams, ordering contacts or glasses. I just noticed I was running out of my current supply of contacts and called to order more. They told me I wouldn't be able to receive them for 10 days which is typical and consistent with the past however the one difference was the lady who says she is the supervisor of the location said she could not give me samples until my contacts arrived. I mentioned I have been doing this for years and have never had an issue prior to this and she said that each time that was done must've been a mistake. I work in customer service and I never leave reviews on places but not sure how to reach someone above her regarding this issue since she stated she was the supervisor. Just very poor customer service and this is how you lose patients by giving them the shady run around or creating new inconsistent rules. All I wanted to do was spend money with this business. It's unfortunate that I have spent thousands of dollars here and they won't even let me purchase a sample of 10 days until my contacts arrive. I work at the hospital and wear a mask constantly so can not wear my eyeglasses due to them fogging and that being unsafe for the population I work with. I recommend you address these type of issues before you lose even more patients.

Everything went great. Ruthey was very pleasant and exceptionally helpful. All around a good experience.
