I walked in and got my son Brayden some safety frames for sports. The staff was so helpful finding my son's insurance. Tashia checked me out she was very polite and helped me understand what my son needed! I will be back for all my children's eyewear.

Dr. Harpring provided an excellent eye exam, answered all my questions, and quickly responded when I needed a form for my Driver License renewal. He is exceptional!

From the receptionist who greeted me to the tech who ran my tests to Dr Harpring everyone was a joy to be around. I signed in on-line so I didn't have to refill out any of the paperwork when I arrived. Even though I was 20 minutes early, I had enough of a wait to open my phone when the tech took me back to begin testing (about 15 seconds). Dr Harpring explained everything and went over the tests they took before my exam without making me feel rushed or medical gobledegook.

So very disappointed!! My husband and I went in for exams, he gets husband glasses and can see far away but can't see things up close!! So no we have to pay for another appointment... then what when he needs a new prescription just a month later? How was him needing a bifocal NOT noticed on the exam? He needs these glasses to obtained his new driver's license b4 they expire next week!! Now I'm afraid to get my glasses made without a second opinion

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Harping. He was awesome and can relate to his patients and he speaks with them with full respect. He sits with you and tells you all about your diagnosis and possible ways to help you down the line . Chxout was fast and I will come again. The front was very busy upon my arrival with new technology so I was greeted later ,but I definitely understood.

I come here every year for my eye exam. The staff here is terrific led by the manager Mary Anne. She is so nice and always remembers me by name.

For the exam part - 5 stars hands down. I was greeted and seen quickly and the assistant was very friendly and thorough with her part of the examination, explaining everything and why. The optometrist himself was amazing as well. Selection of glasses was very impressive, many different types of frames and no pushy salesperson. What I don't appreciate, though, is having to wait 3 (or possibly more) weeks for my glasses (and told they'd be there 2 different days but were in fact not). The last time I called to check, they were being delivered and told that a text would come when they arrived. Today marks 3 weeks of waiting. Granted they're progressives with the transition lenses - but I've never had to wait this long. On top of that, I ordered glasses (2 pairs at that - totaling LESS than the ONE pair I got WITH express shipping) from an online retailer the next day and got them less than 8 days later (not to mention they were coming from China). "Weather" is said to have caused the delay but at this point I don't see how. But I'll definitely keep coming back for the exams, though - I'll just stick to ordering my glasses from an online source from now on.

Nice clean office with friendly staff. I was in just a few minutes after my appointment time. The general manager and optometrist were great and explained a lot. There was a good selection of frames and the saleswoman helped me get a good deal on glasses and contacts even with my cheap insurance. Scheduling online was great and they had a lot of availability. Definitely returning to this location.
