Extremely friendly staff no waiting time I got right in for an eye appointment. The tech Sarah has a very good sense of humor! Dr. Unaize was very detailed and took his time to answer all the questions I had. Cary help pick out the best pair of glasses for me.

Great customer service, clear communication and explanations! Kind positive folks. Diana the gym, is attentive and helpful. Dr frees is amazingly kind and explains everything and answer any and all questions!! 5 stars plus!

BEWARE! Shady billing practices and unpleasant staff including manager that are incapable of following correct insurance billing procedures. The price you're quoted, even in writing, is not the price they'll bill you. Unreasonably long wait times. Took multiple visits to get correct contacts. I had them quote contacts for me and the Kenwood office put it in an email what my out of pocket costs would be. Even though I was getting half as many contacts for the same price at a competitor that was out of network, I used MyEyeDr because they said I had an insurance credit to use towards the contacts. I paid the out of pocket costs when they ordered the contacts and there was no bill at pick up. Months later they sent me a $130 bill stating insurance didn't cover contacts because it was used towards the exam which the same MyEyeDr location did so I could order contacts in the first place. Spoke with the rude manager today after calling to report the error three weeks ago and didn't receive a call back like she said they would. She said an employee made a mistake with my insurance out of pocket costs and the billing error is not on them even though my out of pocket costs are clearly in writing from when I purchased. How are you going to come back months later and say the price we agreed to charge you is not actually your price now? Shady. You're better off getting service from a locally owned optometrist so you don't get the old bait and switch on pricing from this company.

Staf was great! Elizabeth was amazing! My first time doing tele health and she was patient and answered all of my questions. Steven was also AMAZING! Helping me find frames that were a good fit and explaining all the options and cost.

Jayla Vanessa did an excellent job of helping me pick out frames. She was extremely helpful and friendly! Highly recommended.

The teladoc doc experience was brand new to me but was an amazing experience. As an older patient, I was apprehensive but glad I stayed! A thorough examination!

I really like my doctor! But the whole shop, I think only 2 people could smile: my doctor & another young guy who walked by me. My girl whole helped me, did not give much information... some misunderstanding when I get home & looked at the bills, like she told me: insurance was $3, never asked me to buy insurance for the 1st pairs of glasses... the most serious faces are the general manager & the middle age lady who checked the insurance. 10 years in USA, I could say, this is weird. I don't feel go to back at all. I'm not sure if because I'm Asian, I cannot speak English properly or what? I wish my doctor works at different location.
