Dr. Neptune is excellent, I've had a good experience with him. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the front desk staff and email communication. I emailed requesting my prescription and included a question. I received a response almost immediately, but my question was never addressed. I followed up by sending the question again in a separate email, assuming it may have been overlooked, but I did not receive any response. If I receive a response with Dr. Neptune copied, I would consider updating or removing this review.

I went to Neptune Eye Center in Colerain and Dr Neptune and his staff were incredible! Best customer service and very personable! My two year old was into EVERYTHING and I was really embarrassed for even bringing her but they made her feel like a queen and calmed my worries. Dr. Neptune was very friendly, patient, and informative. His "Buckeyes" exam room was also amazing. We will be coming back here exclusively!

Dr. Neptune is one of the few awesome doctors around. He's very personable, professional, and his staff matches his professionalism. He's been my eye doctor for many years, and I'd trust no one else with the care of my vision.

This is the B-E-S-T eye provider I have ever been to. I'm a 60+ year old woman who has worn glasses since the 7th grade so I have gone through a ton of them! The staff and ambiance of the place are fantastic. These people care greatly about all their customers. My 5 year old grandson even gets his glasses there too. I truly recommend for a relaxed eye experience and quality staff and products and wish I had found them earlier!

This was my first time as a patient with Neptune. I am very particular when it comes to who I choose as a provider in terms of healthcare. I can't say enough good things about my superb experience here!! The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The office was very modern, clean, and sleek! and last but certainly not least Dr. Chris was AMAZING, great personality, wealth of eye health knowledge, he made me feel well taken care of and at ease during he entire visit. If you are looking for an elite eye care visit folks look no further! Neptune is the place to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was sent home from another practice with instructions to attempt to complete the glasses fitting myself after my fearful 3 year old had a meltdown at their office, leaving me close to a meltdown myself. I decided to try 1 more practice and Lisa assured me she wouldn't send us away to figure it out ourselves. Lisa is AMAZING with kids and was able to complete the measurements without a meltdown from either of us. We are ao appreciative of her patience and kindness. Can't recommend this place enough!

Dr. Neptune does a thorough examination. He is knowledgeable, easy to talk with, and explains everything in detail. His staff are very friendly.
