Everyone was so kind and friendly. They answered all of my insurance questions before I was even able to ask them. They were transparent about the costs of services before I selected which types of appointment I wanted (contacts vs. traditional) and were sure I felt good about my updated prescription before leaving the office. Overall, one of the best optometrist appointments I've ever had.

The staff are always friendly, greet you either a smile and are there to help. Dr. Dirr is always friendly and extremely professional. He takes time to talk with you, ask if you have any questions, is extremely thorough and makes sure you now the health of your eyes and how both you and him can continue to keep

I made a minimum of five trips to have them fix my glasses and on my last trip they still didn't fix them correctly. The lenses were supposed to be set for computer and when I called back and told them that they were not computer glasses, the individual that answered the phone, she told me to give it a week and let my eyes get used to it.
If they're not computer glasses and you acknowledge that, then why would I strain my eyes for a whole entire week.
I asked for the manager to call me back and I have yet to get a call.

Easy to get an appointment, insurance was no issue, and I got my eye exam, fitted for glasses, and a diabetic eye exam all under a half hour. Great staff and great location.
